If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Bonnie is the best personal trainer you could ask for! She has motivated and pushed me to do things I didn't think I was capable of. I always leave each session feeling confident and very sore but it is so worth it! I highly recommend Bonnie, best decision I have ever made!
Simply put, Denise is amazing. She has been my personal trainer for almost 8 weeks now. We meet twice a week. She is always on time and has never cancelled a session which makes her one of the most dependable people I know. I'm 55 years old and have never worked out. She started me out with "baby steps" but each week gets a little more challenging without being overwhelming. My friends and coworkers have noticed a difference and to quote Denise "results are priceless."
Kristen is awesome! Very thorough in the meals and workouts for the week and really helped to show the workouts in person which helped me build confidence to continue them on my own. Very responsive. Strongly recommend her!!
Friendly, Personable, and Flexible. So far I really enjoy my personal trainer, at first I didn't want a guy but I give it a try and I don't mind having a male personal trainer. He pushes me harder and encourages me to do good :)
I had a great experience training with Kirk. I have issues with my back and my knees and he was very careful and cautious when determining my workouts. He is very focused and knowledgeable when it comes to physical fitness and proper diet. I achieved the results I wanted as well as increased my overall energy and strength. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Chris was my personal trainer for a few months when I decided to start working out again. Chris was always professional, helpful, and fun to be around! Chris's enthusiasm for a healthy life and encouragement really kept me on track to reach my goals. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer!
Kara is an awesome Personal Trainer! I hate exercise, and Kara manages to make it fun with her special brand of encouragement. She knows how to motivate me like no other! In fact, I've worked with personal trainers in the past, and I have never stuck with it for more than three weeks. I have been working with Kara one to two times each week for a few months now, and I have lost about 10 lbs. Kara is always willing to work around my hectic schedule, and she is able to adjust workouts because of my health issues that can sometimes make working out painful. Kara has taken the time to show me proper form for a variety of exercises, and I now have the confidence to work out at home. Kara is the best around!!

Kelly is an excellent trainer with a great ability to motivate. She is able to develop a customized regimen that takes into account any preferences or limitations I have. Through her guidance I have improved strength, coordination and balance. She is a consummate professional.
I began working out with Carrie A Groff over 6 months ago. We began with warmups, weight training, stationary lunges, ab crunches, and cool down stretches. What impressed me about Carrie is that she did a complete health assessment prior to creating my work-out & created exercises that would not affect my RA inflammation. We now do walking work-outs stopping at benches along the way not to rest but to do squats, push-ups and leg lifts. If you want a Personal Trainer who really cares about you and your health then Carrie is the one!

Beth is not only an excellent personal trainer, but also a wonderful person. Her workouts are challenging and always changing so you never get bored. Beth pushes you to work harder than you think you can which makes you feel great when you're done. She gives you tips, tools, and encouragement so you can reach your goals as quickly as possible. I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.
Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.
