12 years experience as personal trainer (in person and online), I bring a strong academic foundation in clinical exercise physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, backed by years of hands-on experience in health research and coaching. My background includes leading clinical trials, analyzing health data, and working with diverse populations—ranging from athletes to individuals managing chronic conditions. In addition to physical training, I take a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a certified health and wellness coach, I integrate mental well-being, lifestyle habits, and stress management into personalized programs. I understand how physical and mental health are deeply connected, and I use evidence-based strategies to support clients not just in fitness, but in building sustainable, balanced lives.
