Introduction: Please, serious inquiries only! Our initial vacant staging price starts from $2,200.00 (typical row home up to 1,300 sq ft - main floor, main door decor, master bedroom, and master bathroom). Estimates are based on the number of rooms staged and the driving distance to the property from storage. The suggested length of our contract is 2 months with an option to extend weekly. Occupied staging consultation starts from $200.
Home staging is an effective real estate marketing tool used widely by real estate professionals as well as homeowners. Home staging is not interior design. We use a specific real estate approach to stage houses, carefully considering the lifestyle of potential home buyers, the style, and location of the property. The purpose is to attract as many visitors as possible within the first few days when the house is on the market, create a multiple-offers situation, and maximize profit from the sale as a result.
Our goal is to professionally prepare your house for sale. Home staging helps the house sell quickly and for more money. According to National Association of Realtors (NAR), many Seller's Agents reported staged homes sell for 1-5% more than the asking price and/or receive multiple offers within the first few days on the market!

Mr James was never a client of our company. He requested a quote at 12:39 AM on Sunday night. The telephone number provided was initially incorrect. After I received the correct number I called on Sunday and apparently that is a reason for a negative feedback. My suggestion would be to not contact stages ( or any other business owners) during the weekend if you don't wish to be contacted during the weekend. Most businesses will respond as quickly as they can. Absolutely! We are striving to work with clients who appreciate a value of our work. compassion should go both ways
