Latest Review: I work out with Phil Nicolaou twice a week. I started out slow as all I did prior was use the treadmill. I have increased my endurance and strength training due to his encouragement. He works with my crazy schedule and I am so grateful. I am down 20 lbs so far and my body is really shaping up. Phil has really helped me change my life and become a healthier person.

Latest Review: I trained with Andre over the last year and he is a true professional. Each training session was designed specifically to me and he accommodated for an injury I had sustained prior to our sessions. Andre also brought a phenomenal attitude and created a fun atmosphere. I would personally recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues.

Latest Review: I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!

Latest Review: Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.

Latest Review: I'm writing this only one month in, but so far she's been wonderful to work with. She has three plans, and I chose the one I wanted. I gave her my goals, and she made an entire regimen for me, including stretches. I highly recommend meeting with her before starting the workout, she teaches you everything and sets the weights to fit you. 10/10

Latest Review: I’ve had many people throughout my life’s in various sports with the title “coach” but I could honestly say that I guess I never understood what a coach was until I worked with Ilya. You aren’t just another monthly payment and you don’t even be handed cookie cutter BS. He does and will go above and beyond your expections of a coach and will always do his abolsute best to ensure you’re getting the best advise and coaching for YOU. I can’t thank him enough. Pictures: a few months before working with Ilya—> 1 year year later under his coaching.

Latest Review: 8 months ago I was a self-professed "lazy person". I am a 34 year old mother of 3 young children. I never enjoyed exercising, hated sweating and was terrified of the thought of even being in a gym. I was unhappy with my appearance and weight so with the encouragement of some friends I joined the gym in May 2014. I spent a few weeks taking spin classes and using the elliptical 3-4 days a week. I never would go alone and heaven forbid I touch anything that wasn't cardio. After a month I became frustrated that I wasn't seeing any changes, after all now I was a self-professed "cardio queen". At this point I thought maybe I needed some help so I called in the big guns...I hired a personal trainer...but not for his "big guns", I had heard he was the best, that all his clients loved him and that he would be a good fit for my personality. I hired Doug without even saying 2 words to him. I signed up to train 1x per week. After my first month I already lost 3% body fat! I became hooked. Doug has always been so supportive and motivating. He is possibly the most kind and patient person I know. He is always available to answer any questions and goes above and beyond to be flexible and accommodating. More importantly then all that, he is an amazing trainer. In the past 8 months I am currently down over 15% body fat and have lost more then 40 lbs and over 32 inches. He has helped me become confident lifting weights, doing TRX and boxing. I look forward to every session with him and have since upped my sessions to 4-6 times a week simply because the value is there. I know that when I have a session with him I am guaranteed a great workout and the results shortly follow. He might be magical....but if not he at least knows the tricks to transform even the least athletic, most out of shape person into a now self-proclaimed "exercise phanatic". Doug is extremely professional and dedicated. I highly recommend him if you are serious about training and getting results.

Latest Review: Josh was my trainer for 16 months at Ellis Athletic Center. We did strength training/core work twice a week. The workouts were always fresh and challenging. Josh really helped with some existing back issues that allowed me to enjoy golf and ice hockey with minimal pain or stiffness. Josh is prompt, knowledgeable, well prepared and a very positive person. He is an excellent trainer.

Latest Review: I am male and 63 years old. Marie Solimeo has been my personal trainer for more than ten years! When I started working with her, I had recently gone through a difficult treatment for a serious illness. I seemed to feel tired all the time. Since that time, Marie has helped me gradually raise my fitness level, using a combination of careful strength and aerobic training. Through her patient work, she has been immensely helpful and has really improved my quality of life.
