I hired them to refinish my floors and they did not know what they were doing. They clearly never worked with water based floor finishes/ sealers and used all the wrong materials. They wasted over $300 worth of sealers and finishes. I had to fire them before they completed the task because they had made so many mistakes already. They installed the baseboards before finishing the floors. So they sanded into the quarter rounds. They left sooo many drum marks from the drum sander. They left burn marks from sanding as well. They are not honest about what they can do. Don’t hire them for your floors!

We sanded and I asked you what kind of material you would use, you gave it to me and I gave it to my boys, then you said no, we sanded again and you gave me one again and then you said no, then I told you we were going to finish it and You didn't want to anymore, you didn't pay either, you didn't want to pay and you still wanted us to paint the fourth round and that was not the deal that I definitely didn't commit to by accepting. I made the mistake of accepting that job with types of clients like you who don't pay. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
