FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not cheap, I’m not expensive. I’m honest, fair, and punctual. I also provide good quality work. Not the best by any means, but to do things right and not Mickey Mouse around corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask what the customer wants exactly, and I can give feedback of what’s possible, and what’s not doable. I will provide my best efforts to give my customers a finished product they will be happy with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve graduated HS and went right into work. Wanted to get into Williamson school of trade (Military style trade school) but didn’t get accepted. I’ve learned Auto Tech in HS. And learned a few trades with my stepfather who has 30 legit years under his belt. He wouldn’t accept anything less than satisfactory and proper, and because of that, I got into the habit of providing properly finished work.
