She communicated about scheduling changes, she kept me apprised with solid communication, and did a great job. She didn’t try to make a 2 hour molehill into a mountain, which is what many cleaning companies seem to be doing.

Carol did a fantastic job cleaning, with attention to detail. And she was flexible rescheduling to another day with just a day’s notice. But then she was 1 hour 20 mins late for the time she chose. I’ll definitely hire her again but I’ll be sure to choose a day when my schedule is flexible.
