- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standardized rates for each service offered - I am happy to provide a price sheet if you message me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For services that are a flat rate cost, we can hop on a quick call to discuss before moving forward! For projects that require a price assessment, I begin with a consultation with the customer that includes some questions that I can use to quote a price and get to know the project. Once the quote is approved and a road map for the project is determined, we can move forward with a contract and begin the process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a RIDE and RIDQC certification in Interior Design which demonstrates my formal education in the field. In addition to that, I have worked in various sectors of the product manufacturing industry which allows me to make accurate decisions on the proper use of materials in the home. My background in Kitchen and Bath also assists me in what is often considered the hardest part of the design process - cabinet design! I also have a BDes in Digital Multimedia Design which assists in creating renders, color palettes, mood boards, CAD drawings, and documentation for you, your construction team, and for presenting options for your space.
