Now, just to paint you a picture of what they were dealing with....when the team arrived, the stucco on my almost 100 year old home was cracked and the wood was peeling and rotting to the point where sections needed to be replaced. Sam and his people came to repair and paint. I knew this was a big job and I wanted to hire someone that would be skilled enough to work with such an old home and tackle the other problems that arise when working on that type of home. Sam was recommended to me by a friend and everything my friend told me about him and his crew, was right on! Not only did they do a phenomenal job but they were timely, clean, extremely considerate, and went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am thrilled to have found a team of people that I can trust and count on to care about the work that they do for people. Sam's pricing was fair and he completed the job in the time he said he would. I have never written a review for anyone before but I went out of my way to write this one.
