My sister and I hosted a 90th birthday dinner for my father. From my initial contact through the completion of the event, Chef Kim was responsive and available for any questions or concerns. Despite a snafu on my part, Chef Kim was able to pivot and handle the situation with professionalism and grace. The table setting was beautiful and the food was delicious. I looked into a number of catering companies before deciding on Chef Kim and Kim Kooks. Since this was a wedding event falling over a holiday weekend, I reached out several times to coordinate and ask questions. Kim was always very responsive and helpful. She provided suggestions, but helped me to design the menu. The food was amazing. This was brought to my house where the wedding was held; It tasted like it had just come out of the kitchen the entire day, and not like it had traveled. There was plenty of food, and everyone commented on how good it was. Her team was prompt, handed set up and breakdown and made the event look absolutely beautiful. I can’t thank her enough.
