I hired this chef to cater a Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the start, he was collaborative and thoughtful in helping plan the menu, making sure everything fit exactly what I was envisioning. He arrived right on time, was professional throughout, and handled everything seamlessly. Most importantly….the food was incredible. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with care. One of my guests even mentioned they don’t typically like Thanksgiving food, but absolutely loved everything that was served, which really says it all. If you’re looking for someone reliable, easy to work with, and truly talented in the kitchen, I would highly recommend him. I would absolutely hire him again.
