Phil is the best trainer you can find in the greater Philly and Nj area. He works with me and my husband, making sure that our individual needs are met. My husband hasn’t been working out regularly before he met Phil, so Phil makes sure that he starts slow and progresses gradually. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I assess them , looking for muscle imbalances, then I put them through a specifically designed workout based on the National Academy of Sports Medicine Optumum Performance Model.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I spend 3 thousand a year on continuing education to stay up to date on the latest. It is important to be the best, to keep up with the latest science.
