I’ve been fixing equipment, household items my entire life. I also went to college for electronics (Basic wiring on to complex systems) and business. I work in operating rooms. Quality and safety first is my rule. I see so many mistakes others make in home repairs either rushing, taking short cuts using cheap parts or a lack of knowledge and ability or all of the above. Contractors that call themselves general contractors attempting to wire a house with disastrous results.
I do it all from simple wiring of say a TV and antenna system or stereo to repairing an outlet, wall switch, light or ceiling fan and more. Bread and trained this way, my dad was an electrician and mechanical guy. I repair surgery tables and electrical items and sell surgery equipment. Surgery tables are complex electrical mechanical items and attention to detail is everything for a successful operation. I not only do electrical I also do mechanical, some plumbing, some house issues, cars, computers, appliances, exercise equipment, furniture assembly and more as the needs arise. I’ve been helping out others for years so I thought I would expand my abilities and prompt services to others in need. I am a specialist that solves problems.

About your problem: Send me the requested information below using regular email to my email: dh3335 on gmail and not the message service here. Please read on and see why I recommend this approach. I do this all the time with my hospital customers. This way you give more details to my questions and send photos so we can get to nailing the issue in order for anyone to give some kind of an estimate. Otherwise I am making too many trips and time running up a bill. A lot of the customer requests here lack detail and likely result in customers not getting replies or getting poor replies or getting inaccurate work results. Since some customers don’t have the background to give the detail needed this is why estimates are difficult. If you have a friend that is somewhat technical in nature ask them to describe the problem with you and then send me these observations.

This site gets paid on the backs of contractors like me WHEN you contact us. We are charged for your contact. So if you contact five people and they reply they each get a bill from this site. That’s how they make their money even if we never work on your equipment! I was all of a sudden getting slammed with charges from this site just for talking with customers here to try and help them. See my point? Email me first is best. Don’t reply unless you want to engage me for Services and no one else. Send me your observations to dh3335 on g mail. I have no issues coming back to this site and finishing the connection here if you want. Once this site takes my money they don’t care what happens next. I am happy this site can connect people with skilled professionals and engineers like myself. But the good ones like me won’t be here long if we keep getting Cha ching'd by the site and no revenue for it.
Cost/Billing: If it is unclear I will simply quote some number like $500. Labor, materials, travel, returns to continue work and distance affect the outcome cost. My goal is to resolve your problem in a time sensitive way safely and advise you effectively. The quote and outcome could be less or more it depends on variables about what you need done and ultimately require an onsite assessment. Once a project begins other issues may be uncovered that were not obvious or known before so this may add to cost. I’m out to be a fair professional. . I don’t take short cuts because it can compromise the outcome down the road. Don’t be fooled by anyone, this is the truth. I decided to add a $100 nonrefundable payment for you to engage my services so I know you are working with me and not just using me for insight and will stick with me and my time invested. So far I have been seeing a lot of the problems are non-standard requiring someone like me figure it out find the part etc. If and when I need more cash I will request it. The deposit will be used against the final bill. So if your bill is less you get money back if more you pay the balance due immediately while I am there. I prefer cash but you can pay using paypal as well.
