Introduction: It does not matter how out-of-shape or in-shape you are - there is nothing like kettlebell training. Weight loss, muscle gain, rehab, old, young, weak, strong...all are welcome and all shall prosper :) Other than helping people stay healthy, what I like most about my job is the complete absence of cubicles!

Dan has been working with me as a distance coach for over a year. I was interested in kettlebells because I wanted to increase my strength and stamina, get back in shape, and specifically focus on my core due to some lower back injuries, most likely caused by the horrible combination of too much sitting and not enough physical fitness. I had no experience will bells, weight lifting, and have never been an athlete. When we started, I was afraid to swing an 8 kilo (and winded when doing so)--and was certain I would never do a turkish getup. I'm now swinging a 32 kilo bell, doing get ups, squats, halos, and more. We've also worked on stretching and soft tissue work, and I continue to make incredible process with my back, not to mention that I've dropped a dress size and am in much better shape! This is a great exercise that can be done at home, at your own pace, and Dan can and will mold the exercise program to your needs and experience--without ever going to a gym!

My experience training with Dan was completely positive. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in improving their health, strength and general fitness level. He's fully present during his time with you. No texting, no checking his facebook status, no distractions. As a customer I truly appreciate this. He understands fitness and technique deeply. Most importantly, he makes your fitness his priority.
