- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So Simple Organization offers half-day (4 hour) in person organizing sessions for $200, and full-day (8 hour) sessions for $400. We also offer several flat rate organizing packages. Packing/unpacking services are available for $50-$85/hour, with the option to add packing materials for an additional fee. For more details about our pricing, please visit our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, 30-minute phone consultation to learn more about your organizing project and goals. Afterwards, I may schedule an in-home consultation (also free) if needed to gather more details before providing a project estimate. Then, I will provide you a customized organizing plan, which we can adjust based on your budget/schedule if needed. Once you are ready to get started, you can book your organizing sessions at a time that's convenient for you directly through the So Simple website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing professionals (NAPO), and have completed required professional training courses and adhere to the ethical standards of the organization. I also have received my Level 1 Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.
