- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of services. For 1-on-1 organizing, a short session (up to 3 hours) is $275 and a full-day session (up to 7 hours) is $600. A free donation drop-off, custom product recommendations, e-waste recycling, and safe medication disposal is included for no additional fee. Full-service organizing, packing, and unpacking projects are billed at a rate of $95/hour for the lead organizer and $65/hour for each additional assistant organizer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, 30-minute phone consultation to learn more about your organizing project and goals. For most clients, I recommend beginning with an introductory organizing session, which provides time to go deeper into your organizing challenges and goals and get started on your project. After the introductory session, you will receive a detailed written organizing plan and can schedule more sessions as needed. For clients with larger projects or moves, I may require an in-home estimate prior to beginning your project if I need more information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing professionals (NAPO), and have completed required professional training courses and adhere to the ethical standards of the organization. I also have received my Level 1 Certificates of Study in Chronic Disorganization and ADHD from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.
