- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can purchase individual sessions(session to session basis) 50.00 per session. Each session is an hour long and designed to fit your goals. This includes: - Complete Fitness Analysis - Functional Movement Screening - Tailor Made Fitness Regimen Per Session You may also purchase an entire fitness plan. Fitness Plans are in lengths of 4,6, and 8 weeks. Packages start at 45.00 per session. This includes: - Complete Fitness Analysis - Functional Movement Screening - Tailor Made Fitness Regimen - Supplementation Recommendation - Meal Planning, Including IIFYM type diet plans or Menu Plan
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session with a client I pay for and is free with any client. In this session we talk about fitness goals, experience, injuries and limitations, Then we move forward to the analysis in which I get resting heart rate and body fat percentage. Lastly we then move into a functional movement screening, so that I may monitor checkpoints and movement patterns through them to create and design a workout plan or workout that will be conducive with where the client stands as to correct any imbalances and to make sure the client does not get injured.
