"My daughter is 10 years old and has been taking piano lessons with Mr. Johnson for almost 4 years now. She is progressing nicely. His kind and gentle way make for a very positive learning experience. Mr. Johnson is encouraging without being harsh or belittling. He is patient and the ideal instructor for my daughter. "

"I have been taking adult acoustic guitar lessons, at Sunburst School of music, for about 5 years. You can feel the vibes of this music school, as soon as you walk through the door! Lots of energy, fun, learning and, of course, all kinds of music! My instructors have been so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient. With their help and lots of practice, I have become a guitar player! I would highly recommend Sunburst School of Music, to anyone of any age, who is thinking of beginning their own adventure into learning a musical instrument!"

"I'm an aspiring singer and I want to accompany myself on piano. I had lessons when I was in grade school but only learned how to read. Those things didn't translate to the real world but I found Dan's ad and my life changed. I know what to do now. I can play chords, walk a bass line and I'm learning how to improvise. My mom is really amazed by the transformation. If you really want to learn how to play piano, you can't go wrong with Dan. "

"I took piano lessons as a kid and vocal lessons through middle school and high school in a small rural town two hours from Pittsburgh. After a year of feeling a little lonely in a new city by myself I decided I wanted to take a piano and singing lesson once a week just for something to do and to keep myself "in singing shape". I found thumbtack, answered all the questions, and waited for emails from music teachers to come through. The next day I had multiple responses but Rossi Music Studio was the first I opened up and I called immediately after reading it. Even though I was very excited, I never saw myself driving a little over an hour three days a week to work with Joe a few hours a day. I never thought I could find so much amazing talent in one place, even the 7 and 8 year olds have incredible singing voices. Rossi Music Studio's curriculum is so cutting-edge that I can't believe how much I've grown in the short period of time in range, vocal agility, and tone. After a month I don't even recognize my voice and I am realizing what an awesome future I have to look forward to. Pittsburgh is very lucky to have Smokin' Joe and his amazing talent. He genuinely wants the best for each student and puts all of his heart into each lesson. He brings out THE BEST and more in each of his students."

"Nick is a great piano teacher! I've been taking lesson for as long as I can remember. However it wasn't untill I started taking lessons with Nick that I learned so much more then just how to get through a piece of music. He has taught me a lot on how to make a piece really sound like music and make it your own. I have also learned so much about music from chords and how they all fit together to information on different musical periods."
