I would recommend Frank Maxwell to anyone needing roof repairs or maintenance. They came when they said they would, job done well within estimated time period, went above and beyond what any other companies I've ever experienced. Pleasant to do business with. Very professional. Great value for the price, well worth it! Will definitely keep their number handy for other work we may need. Thank you for a job well done!
I actually had plumbing issues the day after I scheduled with him, so I canceled the job. I had the plumber install the vanity, however, Jason was very responsive, and knew what he was talking about on the phone. I will request him for other projects, but had to hire somebody else due to plumbing emergency.
Leo was awesome. Ordered a bed which came un-assembled. And when I say un-assembled, I mean the bed arrived in a box with a bunch of wood and hardware - it was like someone took a puzzle, dumped it in a box and mailed it to me. When I opened it I freaked! There was no way I was going to even try to tackle this. I kept putting it off and putting it off because I didn't want to deal with putting that thing together. Needless to say I am not mechanically inclined, nor do I claim or care to be. I advertised the project online and Leo responded with the fairest price for the job AND was the most professional person to respond. After the project was finished, in record time and completely perfect I might add, we asked him if he would be interested in completing other projects in our home - we have so many things that need fixed, repaired, installed etc. Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen - you name it. My father is in poor health lately and, although very mechanically inclined, is unable to fix, repair and install things like he used to. Therefore, a lot of things are in disrepair and there exists a lot of uncompleted projects. We decided that we could really use a guy like Leo. We asked him about painting a few rooms. He gave us a fair estimate and we know, if he continues to work for us, will produce nothing but the best! He actually just called to make sure that we receive his estimate. I spoke with him and, again, he is very professional, and he made sure he followed-up with a formal estimate for the painting job we had asked about in a timely fashion. I am glad he called, because, although I kept thinking, "I need to leave Leo a review," I kept being interrupted by other things. So, to sum it up, if you need a professional handyman/jack-of-all-trades, able to fix, install, repair, etc. (and don't be afraid to ask him if he is willing or able to do a certain project - he is forthright and capable, with big jobs or small), don't just consider Leo, HIRE him already, for goodness sake! PS: My father is about the pickiest person ever created and EVEN HE WAS SATISFIED with Leo and his work...how about that?
Of all the quotes I received, Brian completed the most thorough review of my home. He completed the original work pretty quickly (original estimation 8 hours, actually spread over two days.) The original work was well done for the most part (one of the fans clicks but I was not able to return the fan to get a replacement as I bought the fan to long ago and they no longer made that model.) There was a small issue where Brian accidentally damaged part of the ceiling around the attic access. Unfortunately this issue turned into a saga that lasted more than 4 weeks. I believe if I had been more forceful and demanded that the repairs were completed as soon as possible that Brian would have done so. However I tried to be flexible which ended up leading to the long timeline for repairs. The repairs do look great and are an improvement from the original quality as Brian added extra insulation. Brian also left the extra paint for me to use on future projects. Brian is very friendly and trustworthy (I left him a key to my house.) However if there is an unforeseen issue, I would recommend setting a deadline to make sure the work is wrapped up in a timely manner.
RV was very professional. He quoted the price upfront and explained the work that would be covered. RV was efficient and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I am already planning on hiring him to complete additional work for me. I would highly recommend him for any home repair jobs.
Ed Helms did some exterior repair work on my side porch and also took the time to do a couple of smaller tasks that I requested. Very nice to work with and very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I plan to hire him again!
Homeowners Helper provided exceptional and perfect results. A courteous and friendly service that delivered flawless results. Very impressive! This will become my absolute Go-To company for every single home repair problem we have! THE BEST!
I requested emergency plumbing help with a faucet set in the tub that I couldn't off and didn't have water. Mike came in and got the old set off and the new set wouldn't fit. He brought another set just in case and they were perfect. His service was above What I expected and priced extremely reasonable for a Sunday. He even had to fight through the old set being surrounded by concrete. He had to chisel through that too. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
I am a new homeowner and still learning all the skills that home ownership requires. Tim is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why so that I will know what to do going forward. I will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing issues, as well as general property concerns because he also does other types of property repair work or works with other professionals. I had a leak in my bathtub and stumbled on a gem. I highly recommend Alliance Plumbing & Property Repair.
I know Cliff and use his services for the last 10 years. As a single woman I periodically end up in disaster that needs emergency intervention. I always count on Cliff and I know he will do his possible best and super job. He did electrical job for my basement and garage, fixed plumbing and leakage in the bathroom, fixed number of kitchen and laundry room problems, compose furniture, assemble and put on shelves on the walls, completely replaced outdated and broken light pol on a front yard of my house. Besides great job and high quality to his work, he is an "old school" in his working ethics of discipline and responsibility. Rear quality in our days! I recommend him to my friends, family members and even my employer without any reservations and everybody were very satisfied. Hire Cliff you will get 5 star quality service! Irena C. (Whitehall)
Came in for an emergency repair, found out plumbing wasn't up to code. He first visited Saturday afternoon and had it all fixed by Monday evening. Amazing.
As a residential home investor, I have found Andrew to be a smart, friendly and helpful professional that has assisted in meeting my budget and accomplishing work with appropriate quality on several residential properties for me. I continue to rely on Andrew for my repairs and maintenance as well as renovation projects.
They installed insulation in my ceiling and repaired some drywall and paint damage in my bathrooms. They did a good job at a good price and everything went smoothly
ART not only freshened up our paint inside our house but also did repair work on plaster and updated the details of a stair railing. The guys were courteous, friendly, timely, and did great work. Pricing was fair for the work and more than competitive with other quotes.
Inside sewer replacement. Job was done well, very respectful, no complaints
Very Nice to work with Cliff
Miller Plumbing has done work for me or clients of mine and each time he has done an outstanding job. From large jobs to small repairs, Miller Plumbing was always prompt, courteous and has fair prices.
A few years ago, I bought an old 5 bedroom, 3 bath house that hadn't been maintained for 20 years. The master bathroom, a rare thing for a house built in the 1930's was beyond repair to say the least. With so much other work to do in the house, I decided to hire someone to tackle it and I'm so glad that I did. John did a wonderful job turning my nightmare bathroom into a truly spa like experience! The work included demo of the old bathroom, converting a closet to a tiled walk-in shower, installing a whirlpool bathtub with tile surround, a new toilet, a new sink with vanity and finally a beautiful tile floor. Thank you John! I think it goes without saying that I will be recommending you to all of my family and friends.
