Amie does a great Massage. I have gone in with a Specific place that is bothering me and when I leave the pain is left behind 98% of the time as well. I enjoy the hot stones and warm towels Amie uses to relax the muscles, which allows Amie to apply deeper pressure in areas. She has wonderful knowledge in nutrition as well, so you can pick up helpful information on your diet and exercise program while you are there. I guess my only complaint would be the time goes by too fast! ;-)
I've been working with Matshark Fitness for about 8 months now and have seen huge results and gains in my strength. Not only have I seen results in the weight room but training with Matshark has given me an great edge over my opponents in sports. I have been working with Vanessa for about six months in a one-on-one personal training relationship. Vanessa's engaging personality, her knowledge of the body and her ability to adapt workouts and exercises to my capabilities and interests have made this a meaningful experience. I worked with Jackie for 3 months. We did various workouts in her home which was convenient as I was apprehensive about going back to my gym (not being in the shape I was before). She tailored the workouts and meal plans for me, my energy level, my schedule with my kids, and also around a knee injury. This was all very helpful to have such personal attention. Jackie is extremely positive and motivating. Her energy is infectious. She has various equipment in her home. Jackie is very educated on all aspects of nutrition and fitness. She also practices what she preaches, even over halfway along her pregnancy! I am happy to say that after the time with Jackie I not only lost 4 % body fat that I also gained not just a trainer, education to take with me to continue my fitness journey, but a wonderful friend too!

I've been training with Brian for a few years now and he has provided me the absolute best workouts I've ever had my entire life. He is motivating and knows how to push you to be the best you can be. Every week new workouts are created and combine Boxing, Kickboxing, High Intensity Intervals, weight lifting and power lifing exercises. I highly recommend utilizing him to get you in shape or motivate you to get to that next level of personal fitness.

For the past year, I’ve been working with Jessie and it’s improved my body composition and relationship with food. Not only is she knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness, she’s a lot of fun to be around. One of the things that makes Jessie stand out as a health and fitness coach is that she is an excellent listener. That translates to her offering exercises that directly help address any areas you want to improve. Working out with her is never painful – it is hard work – but you never feel that you’re unable to move the next day. Everything is done to ensure you can safely and effectively do the exercises. As a health coach, Jessie motto is not to deny or punish but to facilitate healthy eating habits. Other fitness trainers I’ve heard of institute a strict, bland diet. However, Jessie wants to make sure your diet is sustainable for the long term so she’s really good at offering healthy alternatives to guilty pleasures. I can’t recommend Jessie enough!
