This was my first experience with a travel agent and with thumbtack. Doug put me at ease right away and had several long conversations with me via phone and email to make sure he understood what we wanted for our honeymoon. Doug offered many suggestions of which he had personal experience. He was very knowledgeable about travel experience in general and had lots of tips and do's and don't's. I gave him a budget and he came in well under that for our honeymoon. It is my dream vacation. We are so excited to go to this all inclusive resort in April. Doug is very personal and takes lots of time with you. He is very patient with changes needed and gets the best possible room and rate in your budget. He will give very timely responses at all times of day and night. He works with what is best for you and charges no fees. I would recommend him to my close family and friends. I will definitely use him again.

Doug was excellent in every way. Very fast to respond and had wonderful suggestions about which resort and which room we should book. He made reservations, purchased flights, and arranged transport- so so easy for us. Hurricane Maria his 2 weeks prior to our scheduled vacation, so we were worried there might be damage at our resort. Doug was very prompt in letting us know that he had a scheduled trip to our resort anyway and would check it out and let us know. While there he spoke to a resort representative and got us in touch with the spa to schedule a couples massage. He even offered to check us into our flights! We had never used a travel agent before, but would definitely recommend Doug to any and all who are interested.

Doug was INCREDIBLE! He was super helpful and quick with planning our trip. He made sure we were aware of several options while keeping our budget in mind. The process was very easy with Doug as he made it his priority to get us the best deal for our Jamaica trip. 10/10 would recommend, he is very knowledgeable about travel!

Doug has been fantastic to work with! We have a large group of girls traveling to Mexico for a bachelorette trip. Throughout this process I had lots of questions and requests and Doug has been more than patient with me! He is always very detailed and goes above and beyond to help book the best trip possible! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a reliable and honest travel agent!
