I had a drainage leak. Whenever I ran water in the kitchen sink, or 2nd level bathroom sink, it would seep out from underneath the basement drywall, and pool up in the middle of the floor.
Mr. Dylan Connors, came in, introduced himself, we conversed a bit, which made me feel comfortable with him being in my home, and then he quickly got down to work, assessing, explaining the situation/problem, and the process, as well as keeping me informed along the way.
The problem was holes in the cast iron drainage pipe, as seen in pictures #1, and #2.
Dylan removed this ancient pipe (which was rather heavy), and replaced it with new piping, as seen in pictures 3-5.
Needless to say, I no longer have a leakage problem, thanks to the outstanding, and excellent work performed by T.E Spall & Son, and their factory trained technician ACE, Mr. Dylan Connors.
