Ashley is a wonderful yoga instructor. During practice, she guides the class through poses with a clear, articulate voice, finding interesting ways to communicate certain movements to us. Ashley is very mindful of different capacities and levels in practice and provides great options to keep your body safe. I always leave class calm and energized and look forward to many more classes with her.
Lenora is the kind of person one always hopes to meet. She's the girl next door- you know, sweet, empathetic, encouraging, and caring. But don't let her fool you for one second, she's also got the personality of a female Richard Simmons! She will push you, and you will rise to the occasion with her help. When I met Lenora through mutual friends about 11 years ago, I was eager to work with her because she was so empathetic and seemed to understand immediately what was holding me back. But I showed up to my first personal training session and found a fistie and incredibly motivated lady who was not gonna let me wiggle out of one single step. Very quickly my self-esteem improved, my flexibility improved more than I could have imagined, and I consistently met my weight loss goals! More importantly I learned how to push myself and how strong I really was physically. She helped me find that fighter in me hich has been burning until this very day. michelle teaches yoga in a group setting with cancer survivors and others in treatment. her teaching skills are tops. she gives clear instructions at all times, and repetively. she is especially tuned in to the needs of each participant. she/yoga has helped me to breath beneficially and in meditating, to be in better touch with my self. i would recommend michelle to anyone seeking low impact, relaxed yoga.
I have been going to the yoga breathing classes over a year now, and each class is a relaxing experience. the instructor teaches breathing techniques that help stress levels throughout the day. the exercises are basic to do but important to accomplish.

I joined Bindu's Yoga classes after recovering from a mastectomy and chemotherapy. I was in a vulnerable phase of my life and desperately seeking a sanctuary where i could find some peace of mind, even for a brief period of time. Bindu's loving, gentle nature and guidance helped me tremendously, not only from the physical benefits that the classes delivered, but I was able to get some respite from the mental and emotional stresses. Even once the most difficult part of my journey was over, I pursued my yoga for the pleasure and peace it brought to my day to day life. Bindu is an outstanding teacher, acutely aware of her pupils individual needs. Her gentle disposition and loving nature feeds one's soul. Her absence has left a huge gap in my life, but i know that many other pupils will benefit from her tuition like i have.
I have been a follower of Donna for 9 years . I love Donna style of instruction, “to always listen to your body”! Donna has helped my body gain strength and flexibility especially after chemo treatment 5 years ago . I go to yoga 2xweek and try to never miss a class. My body and mind NEED yoga!! I have had many services with Cassie (Lymph drainage, Facial lymph, Thai massage, yoga). Everything she does is amazing! My experience with the Lymph system aided with a good results. I felt tired at first, but I knew Cassie worked everything through the Lymph's for me to detox what was stuck and blocking in the body. Overall, if anyone has never had a treatment, I would highly recommend it.
I have been astudent of Gemma Pagliei for the past 6 years and at 80, she has changed my life. Everyone tells me I do not have the posture or movements of an 80 year old. She is patient and kind and like all great teachers she is never tired of searching for a way to communicate with you.
I have been going to Danielle for over 2 years in private yoga sessions. I originally started going once a week and after a few months I began to create my workout schedule around my yoga sessions with Danielle! I currently practice with her 3 to 4 times per week and she is absolutely the best yoga instructor! She is professional and very personable. I play a lot of competitive golf and I cant say enough what my sessions with Danielle have done for my golf game.
Although I've taken a few classes. Most of my yoga experience has been in private lessons with Patty. She is patient, professional, friendly and a great instructor!
