Brian has been my personal trainer for about a year and a half. He encourages me and always has a positive attitude which helps me to want to work out even harder. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and physical training, working with me closely to ensure I avoid injury and help me target my core problem areas. I am in my 40's and so I feel working out is critical and Brian's help has benefitted me greatly in my physcial strength and my health. I would not hesitate to recommend Brain to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
Jason has been great for me. I was very skeptical about hiring a personal trainer. I have witnessed many and have not been extremely impressed with most that I have seen. I wanted someone who was professional, highly-qualified, and positive. Jason is all of those things and more. I have been with him for about six weeks and I started in very poor condition with various aches and pains/injuries. Working with Jason three times a week has been very rewarding. I have, with his help, worked through most of my issues and am really starting to enjoy our workouts. The improvements have been amazing in some cases. I am getting my confidence back and am starting to believe that I can get back into very good shape. Jason has a very hands-on approach and sets up a program for any ability and strength/conditioning level that is individualized to your needs. The workouts are very challenging and are constantly changing to keep it exciting even though you are working so hard. I can't imagine that there are too many trainers like Jason out there, I have an athletic background and continue to work in the field today. I wouldn't pay a dime for the services of most trainers. If you value your health and wellness, Jason is without a doubt, priceless.

Steve is a great trainer :) very motivating throughout every workout and he personally made me stronger and ready to do workouts on my own. Also very knowledgeable about nutrition so he helped me figure out what I needed to add to my diet and I made so much progress with him and on my own :) I'm so grateful for the entire experience it literally changed my life!

There really are not enough words to describe how amazing Pepsi is. I came to her needing to lose 100+ pounds and she was completely non-judgmental, helpful, welcoming, and supportive. She has helped me reach many fitness goals and also takes time to discuss nutrition with me. The workouts she plans are interesting and varied. I definitely have a total body workout from her and leave sessions with her feeling accomplished! I couldn't recommend her enough as a trainer.
