To briefly summarize: He installed two cabinets and new sink/vanity in the bathroom. He built a railing around our front porch and installed a light fixture on the outside wall. He boxed-in ductwork in the living room with dry wall. After electricians had completed a whole-house rewiring, he repaired gaping holes in the plaster of walls and ceilings in every room . He repaired the living room ceiling with sheets of dry wall. He replaced a rusted basement floor drain. He parged the foundational limestone walls in the basement and applied concrete sealer. He replaced the jack post supporting the main beam of the house with a new post on a concrete footer. Every job was finished on time and to our complete satisfaction. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have engaged his services. I recommend him to anyone who is need of quality home improvement at a reasonable price."See more
