My wife and I started this journey about 2 months ago. We weren't sure what to expect and were a bit apprehensive about hiring a personal trainer. I have to say that Phil has exceeded our expectations. He comes to the sessions prepared, follows up with us during the week and changes the workout as needed. We started to see results in about 2 weeks and definitely feel that our core strength has improved. Do yourself a favor - just start, you won't be sorry.

I have worked with Andre for about a month now. In the short period of time I've worked with him, I'm already seeing amazing results. Andre is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.

I began working out with Carrie A Groff over 6 months ago. We began with warmups, weight training, stationary lunges, ab crunches, and cool down stretches. What impressed me about Carrie is that she did a complete health assessment prior to creating my work-out & created exercises that would not affect my RA inflammation. We now do walking work-outs stopping at benches along the way not to rest but to do squats, push-ups and leg lifts. If you want a Personal Trainer who really cares about you and your health then Carrie is the one!

Beth is not only an excellent personal trainer, but also a wonderful person. Her workouts are challenging and always changing so you never get bored. Beth pushes you to work harder than you think you can which makes you feel great when you're done. She gives you tips, tools, and encouragement so you can reach your goals as quickly as possible. Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.
