Introduction: Next Step Personal Training stands out from the crowd by not having one to begin with. Your session is just that. A personal training session to work on your goals, both short and long term. This is your hour to learn what works for you, how to get there and build the confidence to keep going! I am a small gym with Integrity, Confidence and Experience to teach and train a new aspiring client in a comfortable atmosphere. A mix of free weights, body weight, machines, bands and bells with the know how to use them to get your body to work with YOU and NOT against you! It will never get old hearing my clients tell me how happy they are with so much that I helped to change about them. Or more importantly, on them. I will always enjoy helping someone to learn how their body moves and works in different positions and conditions. To help them learn what muscle they are working and where that muscle is. I love showing people that with a few instructions I can help them overcome any obstacles or hurdles and get them on a path of happiness. *Prices vary depending on program and running discounts. Price may also work for you depending on how often you come in. Price listed is for top program.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My consultations are free of charge and always will be. Even if I'm helping you find a trainer more suited to you. You may find yourself paying between $50-30 depending on the programe you choose. Prices will be discussed at consultation and can be adjusted. Clients have taken a liken to $600 for 12 sessions or $450 paid the 1st of the month to come as much as you want. Most people come in 3 times a week for the monthly price.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first 3 sessions are talking about your muscle groups and working on form. Safety is my #1 concern and we will go over everything you need to know so you or I do not get hurt. After the 3 sessions of light training, testing your strength and abilities I will put together a programe that is specific to your needs.
