I had the pleasure of working with Chris for quite some time at Push Fitness. During my time receiving his services, he proved to be professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He would always motivate me, push me to my limits and supported me through my fitness journey with enthusiasm. He really helped me find a new sense of confidence that I would not have been able to achieve if it were not for his expertise and guidance. He would assist me with setting new goals for myself and taught me a variety of ways to enhance my routine. He would also provide me with additional information about adjusting to my diet and check in with me to ensure that I was following it along with recommendations. Chris always kept his sessions fun, creative and refreshing. He was also an instructor for some of the classes held at the gym and his classes were nothing short of exciting and challenging, but he would adjust to your abilities and was able to successfully have his classes always at capacity. In a brief time, I was able to see impressive results and was so happy with the outcome. If you need a jump start to your fitness journey or even if you have been on this path, Chris is the professional who would maximize your results.

    I went to a vocational personal training school for 4 months (Focus Personal Training Institute) , I finished at the top of my Class and became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). In addition, I took Corrective Exercise and a Nutrition Coach Course for NASM. I trained for and played Basketball and Football Majority Of My life. In Addition, I started training for boxing and Body Building for the last two years. I’ve been a trainer for the last 5 years

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I always had a passion for exercise, After training my teammates and friends in the gym I decided to make my passion more seriously. My goal now is to help as many people as I can.
