Fernweh Travel Experiences LLC charges fees for the travel related planning services and creates a proposal including booking the trip. If the client does not like the travel proposal Fernweh Travel Experiences will continue research with the goal to create the travel proposal the client is satisfied with. Client agrees and understands that Fernweh Travel Experiences LLC must be paid regardless of whether or not the client chooses to take the trip and execute the plans arranged by the company. ● a nonrefundable fee of $250 for 5 or fewer people upfront after the first consultation ● a nonrefundable fee of $50 per person for groups larger than 5 people upfront after the first consultation ● a nonrefundable ticketing fee of $50 for domestic flight and $100 for international flights ● a fee of $50 for railway bookings ● a fee of $25 for excursions and attraction bookings Larger complexer itineraries might cost a bigger fee!
