Andre was awesome! He was personable and fun at the same time as being very professional. We had a great time and certainly learned a lot. I have been taking CPR and First Aid trainings for years and Andre was still able to teach me things I hadn't learned in the past. Thank you Andre...I will certainly be in touch in the future!

My sister and fiance had CPR and First Aid training today. I was informed that he is a great training goes into great detail and also due to working as an EMT was more informative than someone who is only going CPR and First Aid experience. Training was also more convenient due to the fact that he traveled to my house for the class. Along with the fact that he is the best priced CPR and First Aid in the are, and i even looked in MA and RI for training. Very Happy. Thank you.

I personally thought that the CPR/First Aid course was very helpful and the instructor was very knowledgeable about the course presentation. If I need to become recertified in the coming years, then I would take the same course with the same instructor!

Darrin's training session of CPR, AED and First Aid skills covered infancy thru adult. There were hands on skills practiced (with CPR dummies) in conjunction with Darrin's thorough explanations and video scenarios. Everyone in my group, including myself, left the training session feeling confident with all of the new skills Darrin taught us.

The instructor was super motivate and explained everything so it made sense for yourself. We did a lot of practice for a "real situation" . This class was amazing and I feel very confident to help when help is needed. The classroom and equipment is very modern and new! I highly recommend the class and the facility! Good job

He was really good and really professional and made the class really fun. He didn't have the DVD of the video that he needed to show us. He then tried to stream it in from his office, but for whatever reason, there was no sound, so he ended up doing the entire training completely on his own without the video. After the class, my staff said that they felt equipped to handle any First Aid situation that might arise during the Program. I would give him 4.5 stars for not making sure that he had the DVD with him before setting out, but otherwise, excellent class.

If you do not have a group, you can go to the American Heart Association website and take an online class and then we can meet so I can validate your skills.

Think Safe is unique from other training centers in that we know and understand all certifying major training organizations. Think Safe owns the First Voice product line and is a manufacturer and developer of software and hardware that brings technology to the world of emergency response. Products developed and sold by First Voice are intended to be used by the average lay rescuer, who is infrequently trained and may need coaching real-time during any emergency or want easier access to refresher training in order to be more prepared for emergencies. Thus, our technical experts at Think Safe include Certified Instructors, and healthcare professionals that have over 150 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care and know the protocols and curriculum and teaching methods and mechanisms of all the major certifying agencies. At the end of all of our certified training sessions, students receive a 1 year to 3 year certification. Also, all students must perform a training drill at the end of class that is pertinent to their workplace protocols to include scene safety, the assessment of any victim(s), initiating the emergency action plan, calling 911 and other emergency notification numbers, starting compressions, getting others to help and switching compressor roles, performing breaths when using proper rescue breathing barriers, clearing the scene, proper record keeping procedures and intake forms, EMS flaggers, first aid treatment procedures, and more…. Our training center and trainers utilize the best technology and tools available when performing CPR training courses. Tools utilized include American Heart Association (AHA) compliant cognitive feedback devices such as Prestan CPR feedback manikins or The Loop CPR gaming platform. Students receive access to online manuals and refresher training anytime including course handouts and skills review handouts. Our training center portal for students that have taken our courses also includes training drills and training scenarios for ongoing responder team use during future practice sessions.
