- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is initially quoted on an hourly rate,or which depending on scope of project and budget needs of client I adjust to a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends on which category for my services is requested, but for any project type after initial contact with a new customer, I then approach each based upon their individual needs accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
