Introduction: A focus on service and empowerment. I specialize in helping people use their systems more easily, effectively and safely, with the right equipment and the right information. My years of professional experience in the computer industry, along with extensive training as a teacher and communicator, make me an effective teacher as well as a computer expert. Working with people, helping them get the information and understanding they need to use their computers the way they want to use them. I love helping people and teaching. I love it when I see someone light up and say "So that's how you do it!".
