- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a stress free consultation with our chef and client. The goal is for the chef to get to know you and what you are looking for. Then a custom menu is created and they chef works with you to ensure you are happy with his suggestions before the final menu is agreed upon and the event is booked

30 plus years experience and a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University
