- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Interior Design services:* In Home Consultation: $400 (up to 2 hours in the home)* $100 credit after completion of project. *$50 travel fee for locations over 30 miles Interior Design Services: $125.00 per hour Quote provided at consultation if design services are requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Vacant Staging services: We offer a complimentary phone consultation to gather information about: square footage, number of rooms to be staged, timeline, budget and style of the home. I explain the various price points and what to expect for each plan. In-Home Consultation fee: $200* to measure and prepare for inventory needed. *Credited immediately upon payment and signing of contract. Prices depend on square footage and luxury level of the home. Prices are per room, 3 room minimum and one month rental: Start at: $600 per room (for up to 1200 sq ft home) Ask for quote on homes larger than 1200 sq ft. Prices include: staging fees, furniture selection/rental, accessory and decor rental, arranging/accepting furniture delivery and de-staging/pick up. Occupied Staging: 4 hour/4 room stage: $600.00 Additional rooms: $100.00 per room Shopping services: $75.00 per hour Staging Consultation/Home Preparation: $300 (up to 2 hours), customer is provided with staging tasks to perform on their own.
