Chef Casey cooked a delicious brunch at our home for my son's Baptism. Everything was great from the initial communication, to the menu creation and the actual food. To name a few of the dishes, the home made Chocolate Croissants and Blueberry Zucchini bread were delicious. The Brioche Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast and Chive & King Crab Scrambled eggs were excellent as well. Thanks Chef, I look forward to working with you on future events.

Chef PJ's culinary skills and professionalism were so greatly appreciated by all during my husband's 50th birthday celebration. He was able to not only prepare a delicious meal the night of the festivities, but provided a beautiful brunch buffet the following morning for our out of town guests. All food was empecably prepared and packed for travel with care and cooking instructions. Not only were our guests impressed....our bellies were thrilled.
