My classes are directed towards wellbeing, fitness and health aspect of yoga practice and I will not impose any spiritual aspects of yoga practice (or anything you are not comfortable with) during my classes, but I will be available to share any of my knowledge and guidance on spiritual sides of yoga only to those who are interested and willing to know more outside of the class hours and be happy to host talks or meditations to smaller groups.
