FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always tell people - no matter what your situation is, there is always an option for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first set a video call or an in person meeting for a consultation. To see what your goals are, what your medical history is like, what things bother you, what your current and past routines look like, and ultimately what you enjoy doing in the gym. It’s about finding a balance between what we need to do and what we like to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college that can apply to my specialties, but ultimately I have a couple training certifications and both cpr/aed certifications. My knowledge comes from the extensive amount of time I have either applied to myself or it comes from people I value and look up to. This is why you should always get someone who lives and breathes the work they do.
