- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing will vary as per the event and client requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As per the client's convenience, our staff is available to either meet the client at the venue (consultation fee), meet here in our retail store or talk over the phone to discuss the requirements of the event. Once the client/staff agrees to partner for an event a contract will be sent over for approval and deposit request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Balloon Decor Designer from Learn Balloon Decorating Academy. Outside of balloon certifications, our owners have serval qualifications between them both: Combat Army Veterans (both) MBA from South University
