Let me start with the intial phone call. She was super nice and did everything possible to help. I explained that i had a bad PRV buried that i could not locate. 2 big name plumbing companies came and were unable to locate. When Brendan arrived he had located it within a matter of minutes. He then replaced the valve and the shut off. I can't express how thankful i am for this company. From the beginning to the end they certainly were Exceptional. Highly recommend !"See more

Plumb Pro techs arrived on time (exactly 30 minutes after courtesy call, as indicated). They covered their shoes before entering my home. I described the plumbing issue in the bathroom, and he gave me quotes before beginning the job so I knew my options-the cost for an easy fix vs. more serious problem. They worked diligently to resolve the problem for the lower cost of doing the work, and fortunately, they were successful. Courteous, neat/clean, friendly and fair. I'd hire them again. Thanks!

I had a really bad experience with Honey Dew and Sid. I had a toilet with a spraying hose inside the toilet. Since the toilet was a two-part flush toilet and I hade them, I asked him how much it would be to convert it to a standard flush toilet. Sid told me that the parts would be about $60, but it would be cheaper for me to buy a new toilet and he could simply pull the old toilet, and install the new one, and told me it would be $125 for the whole job. I purchased the new toilet and he came that night and showed up a little after 7 pm, which was great. He gets in, looks at the toilet, said it would be easy, then BREAKS THE VALVE OFF THE PIPE FROM THE WALL. This started to flood the entire bathroom, and i rushed outside to cut off the water main. During this process, my kids were nervous and didnt know how to react. He told my kids "It's not funny, it's not funny!" which upset them a lot. Then after we got the water shut off, he and I went out side, and I asked him if he could handle the repair. His plan was to use a sharkbite to attach to CPVC - any person familiar with plumbing knows this is not ideal and should only be used in certain situations, not to attach a valve under a toilet. I politely asked him to leave, planning on hiring a real plumber. Then the review begging started. I told him he probably did not want me to leave a review. He then said, "what about our interactions here? I was polite." I said, "To befair, you didn't do any work. You broke a pipe in my house." He then told me thumbtack judges on stars, and he was already hired. So Sid, here is a well thought out and lengthy review. Don't hire this guy.
