- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As most of my work is commercial and business oriented, my pricing for "routine" residential PC & network work is competitive. On many occasion, the service I provide to residential customers often leads to prospective friends, family and SOHO business.

Always. I am also conversant with new technologies, methodologies and standards.
