They were friendly and helpful and explored the problem, but it was not something that they were trained to do so they gave us a recommendation and referral and did not charge us anything.

Feedback – Ellen Russell Design In every South Carolina community you go to, the degree of small business progress and development can never be separated from the men and women loyal workers, which is true for Ellen Russell Design. I am convinced from my limited partnership with this company and employees, this business is right for your projects. It was encouraging to see the designers deliver on their promises. Namely, create a colorful, unique, and relaxing place to enjoy and live without thinking about reaching out to have project done again by another interior design company.

I enjoyed meeting David and getting some direction on the color of my kitchen. He really did narrow down the possibilities as well as tell me what would absolutely not work. I had hoped to come out on the other side of our meeting with the list of paint colors as well as amount needed - as his partner Brian had said I would have - but I am truly further along and much more confident in my ability to make a decision now. So, mission accomplished. (Updated) Not an hour after I posted my review, Brian contacted me with the paint estimates and colors I needed. Ellen Russell Design showed me that they truly care and have interest in even their smallest clients before and after the meeting! Thanks, guys! What a positive experience!

I couldn't decide what color to go with in my hallway. I left it up to David and Brian. I came home from work to find their choice was perfect! I will definitely be using them again .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultation services cost $80 per visit. Layout and design work begin from $200 for a small room. Project costs will vary based on: the work to be done, product and materials, installation and labor. Services to be paid at the time of delivery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A one to one meeting in your space is the best way for us to become familiar with you, your environment and your project. This initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss wants, needs, scope, timeline and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience remodelling homes. In the flooring industry (installation and product sales) over 10 years.
