- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always educating myself either through online articles or the NSCA's membership website.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After taking a sports conditioning class in high school and seeing the results weights could offer I was hooked. I have been in the gym 3-6 times a week throughout the last 10 years of my life and have loved every second of it. Helping others to realize what fitness can do for them is an amazing thing and I love being a part of that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Training sessions either at a gym or at a clients house ranging from weight loss and toning to weight gaining and adding lean muscle.
