Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The main differance between myself and many trainers is that I know more is not better. I will not scream, spit, and belittle my clients to produce results. Positive encouragement and pushing the envelope but not breaking it is the most effective way to make clients strong, healthy, and happy. I take a very scientific approach within the guidelines of the NSCA (national strenght and conditioning association) to sculpt a plan designed for my clients needs, and expectations. The clients, I have always been a people person and it dosent get much better than having 1 on 1 time with a friend that you see every week.
