He came out to assess the job and gave a day as to when he can complete the job. Came out to the house on the day he said. He told me was done and asked me to inspect the house. I noticed the top back of the house wasn’t touched and he told me that it was stained and I would probably need someone who specializes in bleaching to clean those spots. I then seen the top front of the house was not touched and he told me he didn’t bring his ladder he needs to reach the top (mind you he already came out to assess the house, he should’ve known what was needed). I also pointed out the ceiling of the porch and siding of the house under the porch was not cleaned. I asked him to clean that before he left because he said he would have to come back and finish the house. He said he had time the following week because he was off from his regular job. I waited a whole week, no update, no show, and I followed up with him to see if he would still finish the job. He said he could come on 06/30, didn’t show. He sent a text that afternoon to say he’ll come on that following Wednesday, 07/03. No show again. I then reached out 07/05 and told him he has not communicated, did not show up, and he was paid in full per his quote, and to disregard my request to finish the job because at that point I was over it and it was already 2 weeks since he came out. He was paid in full based off the strength I thought he would be an honest man, even though the job was not completed. No, I was not refunded or offered the difference, which would’ve been the right thing to do. The rest of the house he touched, cleaned up just fine.
