Doug P. says, "Alex went above & beyond to fix our drainage problem, first we thought it was just the pipes under the kitchen sinks but come to find out it was the main drainage pipe under the house.. Alex was right on top of it after he discovered it wasn't the pipe under the sink he went under the house & started to figured it up & after a few cutting he realized the drainage pipe under the house was level & it causing it to clogged up so he went & unlevel by lowering down the pipe & now our kitchen sink is working normal we can't thank Alex & his wonderful wife enough for their hard work & dedication to solving our last to 2 months problem. We look forward to teaming up with him in the future."See more

Gwendolyn W. says, "This was my first time using WeCo Rooter. I found them through Thumbtack, and I am so very happy that I contacted them. I have used other plumbers throughout the years, and was seldom happy with the results, service, and/or price. I had an odd sewage problem (multiple lines), but Al figured it out. He had the line completely cleared in no time and I could not be happier. He was very thorough and cleaned up afterward. I will certainly call WeCo for my next plumbing problem. Thank you so much!"See more

Tony Egan says, "I don't leave many reviews, but I had to in this case. The best service I've ever encountered with a plumbing company, can't say enough positive things about Dr Rooter!I had a sink clog that I could not get out and I tried and tried and tried before calling. I honestly was dreading having to call and was expecting something completely different than what I received.Jeremy came out within a few hours, quickly assessed the situation, and came up with a plan. Because of the plumbing layout, he wasn't sure if he could get a snake in the drain without using a camera, but he didn't have a camera with him in his truck. Rather than possibly charging me twice by trying the snake and then having to return at a different time with a camera, we decided to do it all the next day. Here's where the service went WAY above and beyond anything I've experienced before...Jeremy didn't just schedule to come the next day and wave bye. He actually gave us ideas we could try in the meantime to attempt to help. The clog was keeping us from being able to use the sink in either of our bathrooms so we were pretty desperate. One of his ideas actually worked and the clog cleared.I will not get to thank Jeremy for his help this time since he won't have to come to the house again, but I 100% know who I will call the next time we have a plumbing issue. You just don't hear about things like this today, and I think that says a lot about not only Jeremy, but also Dr Rooter. Thank you!"See more
