Simone is the best cleaning lady I ever had. If I hadn't moved away I would still be using her. She is a very caring person and went above and beyond the typical cleaning services. She is very thorough and cleans windows, cleaned my air fryer that had a grease build up and other things no one else does. She even cleaned our cat furniture without being asked. I am handicapped and went through a lot of illness. She was always concerned about my health and helped me with packing for our move. She is such an incredible person that we remain friends. She is learning English but we have no trouble communicating because we used the translator on her phone. You can't go wrong hiring Simone. After we moved out she gave the house a thorough cleaning which included disposing of items we had to leave behind.
