- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my fees as reasonable as possible. Fee increases are normally due to drive times or extended time needed for a ceremony.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being booked, I ask the bride and groom some basic questions - what type of ceremony, what special things (unity candles / sand, memorial to someone special, etc) they would like to include in the ceremony. No two ceremonies are exactly the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background in public speaking and journalism, finding the right words is not a challenge for me.
