Latest Review: I started personal training with Terry at Anytime Fitness Duncan with hopes of improving my health and getting fit. Terry took the time to sit down, discuss my goals, and develop a plan to fit those goals. Since I have begun working with my personal trainer, the way I feel about myself has drastically improved. As we age, our bodies become weaker and therefore accidents happen. Working on my balance and core has drastically helped my coordination. Personal training is not just weight lifting, there are other areas where personal training can help as well, especially with those recovering from an injury. Come see Terry, he can work with you on whatever you want to achieve. He is THE man for the job.
