Outstanding work ethic. Extremly responsive to our needs. When we found the listing Kristen went way beyond what we expected from a real estate agent . We were 800 miles away. Kristen took 75 pictures of the property and gave us an honest assessment of the property. 2 days later we flew down and looked at the property and purchased it. Becoming a successful real estate agent is not about the competition, it is about you and whether you are willing to do what it takes to succeed. Most agents are not willing to do what it takes, because they are worried about what people will think of them. They are too busy with new marketing techniques to answer their phone. Some people become agents because they are bored and need something to do! If you provide awesome service, remind people you are an agent and work full-time you will succeed. Being unique is a must! Whenever the topic of competition comes up people are always worried about what their competitors are doing while forgetting it’s what THEY need to do that will make the difference.
