We received Meredith's information, from a friend, after being disappointed with several travel agents we reached out to. We were trying to plan a trip to Scotland and were overwhelmed with the amount of information out there. We contacted her and had a consultation where we told her what we were looking for, our budget and timeline. She took it from there!
