My wife and I were relocating to SC from NJ the end of June 2021 and I was getting crazy quotes from local big moving companies. My SC real estate broker, Marc Ford, recommended Swamp Rabbit in SC as he knew the young man who started the business, Mr. Chris Sweet, from his HS coaching days where Chris was one of the group he was mentoring.At first I was hesitant to use a company so far away from NJ, but Marc had never given me bad advice and after talking to Chris on the phone, he put me at ease and really seemed to have complete confidence regarding our move ( did I say we were moving the contents of a 5k sq ft house? ) His price was nearly 750 below the lowest other quote I got too.The day of the move, two 26 ft. moving trucks arrived right on time and the foreman, Stephen introduced himself and his crew which included Johnny, Chris Payne and Brennan Orr. Unfortunately for them that day was during a 4 day heatwave where the temps were close to 100 degrees. Despite this, those young men never stopped for 8 hours ( except for lunch, of course ) and they did a terrific job packing our belongings carefully under very difficult conditions. They really earned their pay that day! The team worked great together and I commend Chris Sweet for his recruiting of this group of polite young men.On the delivery side I had Stephen again and an equally competent, polite group who's names I don't remember ( sorry guys, maybe your boss will give you a shoutout) , but they were great!We had one minor issue in all that where our second basement freezer got some minor scratches and Chris addressed it with me the day of our move in and offered a repair or a credit ( I took the money! ). I loved that Chris showed up toward the end of the move in to check on his team and me to see if I was satisfied.Moving was months of stress for us, but the move itself was not part of that stress thanks to this great company.I unreservedly recommend Swamp Rabbit Movers for any move you are contemplating, big or small.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about these 3 guys that moved us. Ferron, Quincy and Quinn were so personable, hard-working, cheerful, and had the BEST attitudes, which is extremely rare these days. It seemed as if Ferron was part owner of the company the way he cared so much about the work they did as well as our satisfaction. All three of them cared about their performance as if they took pride that they were truly representing the company. I couldn't be more impressed with the whole moving experience, thanks to the guys at Swamp Rabbit Moving!!! By the end of the day, that felt like family to us!! As a realtor, I will recommend them to my clients, other agents, and everyone I know!!

Swamp Rabbit Moving did an excellent job delivering furniture. Ferron and Chris were prompt, efficient, professional and nice. I would use Swamp Rabbit again for any of my moving needs. I was very pleased with their service.
