She's great! Very conscientious and truly loves animals. We had an older lab that could not be kenneled because of his hips. Charlotte stayed with him overnight for extended periods many times and on occasion would do day visits. Whenever she stayed overnight my house would be cleaner than when I left. Very trustworthy. Will keep our new puppy in the future!

Julie has been diligent with training our dog, Tanner. As Tanner developed from a puppy, his personality changed (owner mistakes). Julie uses positive reinforcement when working on problem areas with Tanner. Julie has always been a pleasure to work with over the last 3 years. Tanner is always smiling when it is time to work with Julie.

We started working with James so we could learn how to train our new puppy to become a well-behaved dog. I have never had a dog or been a dog person, but by working with James, I have become more comfortable being around other dogs and we have learned so much about training Luna. Thanks to his help and expertise she earned her CGC before she was a year old.

Stephanie helped us with our dogs after we brought our daughter home from the hospital. We had some introduction issues that were quite frightening for us as new parents. Not only did Stephanie empathize with our concerns, she was extremely patient with our never ending questions during the training process. Stephanie's way of explaining dog training is extremely easy to understand and helped us achieve very fast results. We would recommend Stephanie to anyone with a dog, whether they are new to the family or have been a longtime member.

I run a pet sitting business in Simpsonville area and Lonnie has helped many times. Very loving and compassionate with animals and knows how to speak their language. My family also recently adopted a Doberman puppy from the animal shelter and she really helped us with different behavior issues to help us make our dog the best family member.

Judy helped me paint my entire apartment when I moved one year ago. Her hand is outstandingly steady; she painted all the trimmings and moldings perfectly without the assistance of painter's tape! Judy is attentive to detail and will do a beautiful job with any color or surface. I recommend her painting services 100%; I can't say enough good things about her work. Judy is also a fierce animal lover, and has owned up to five dogs and three cats at one time. She cares about the health and happiness of any animal she interacts with, and prioritizes proper training for a stress-free lifestyle. I trusted her to care for my puppy 24/7 when I was traveling for a week, and not only did she ensure his safety but she even taught him to stop being afraid of the front staircase and walk more confidently on a leash! I would use Judy's services for painting and puppy care again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

My dog was a total TURD, until I took it to Off Leash K9 Training with Bethany, now she is a sweetheart. I can take her anywhere, put her in the "place position" and I know she is going to stay there until I give her the command to "break" from that. Bethany was very knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns and was always will to help me with any questions I had. I would highly recommend Bethany, at Off Leash K9 Training!

Lisa is so good at what she does that you will want to keep her all to your dog and yourself, but that would be ridiculously unfair to all the other dogs and pup-parents out there who can benefit from her help! We sought Lisa’s help in training our 7-month-old Plott Hound-mix rescue pup, Remi. Initially Lisa worked with us at our home in a very practical way, on real-life behavior issues and where Remi felt comfortable. We have, since then, also done group agility sessions with Lisa at her fantastic facility. Remi loves agility, and we have been amazed at how much we've accomplished - from an obedience standpoint - when we thought we were just doing agility. My husband was, at the very first, a skeptic. But it did not take long for him to realize what a tremendous difference Lisa would make - not just in fixing a few annoying behaviors Remi had picked up - but in improving our relationship and communication with Remi so dramatically and to such an extent that we are all – Remi and us – so much happier and content with each other. I have never met anyone who is so knowledgeable about dogs and their relationship with people and who is, at the same time, so incredibly patient, kind, helpful, positive, funny, accommodating, understanding, and humble. Lisa knows what she’s doing, but she also listens to you. She is hugely flexible and never insistent that there is only one way to accomplish something with your dog. She is not rigid in her approach because she understands that it isn’t any good if it doesn’t work for you. Lisa has helped us to accomplish everything we have wanted to accomplish by helping us to find ways that will work for us and for Remi. Lisa genuinely wants to help you have a better relationship and a happier life with your dog, and she has a seemingly bottomless tool kit of ways to accomplish that. Most of the suggestions Lisa has given us for how we might change or modify a behavior of Remi’s that we don’t like work remarkably well. But if we try something and it doesn’t work for us, she will - without hesitation - offer another suggestion. And it seems like she could easily keep coming up with new suggestions until we find one that works for us. Lisa works with you at the level you’re at and the pace you’re comfortable with, and she does it without any judgement or criticism. She never questions how much we have (or have not) worked on something she has taught us. She is always positive and encouraging, and has the ability to see small gains - which she regularly points out so that we can see that we are making progress. Lisa makes learning fun for both you and your dog. She brings something new to every session so that it’s always different and interesting. Remi is always excited to see Lisa because she knows we’ll be doing something fun and engaging. Lastly, working with Lisa is an incredibly good value. She did not require us to commit to a long and expensive training program. We like working with Lisa and we are seeing all of the results we were hoping for (and more), so we keep working with her. It’s that simple.

My dog, Tyler, is 11 years old and he had a bad habit of pulling on the leash during his daily walk. Laura Lee, the owner of Soul Mutt Training, proved that you can teach an old dog new tricks. After one session and some follow up email Q&A, Laura Lee taught Tyler (and me) how to walk with a loose leash. Our daily walks are much more enjoyable now. Laura Lee is very knowledgeable and it's obvious that she loves dogs. Tyler responded well to her immediately. And I learned some new tricks too. I highly recommend using Soul Mutt Training if you want to improve your dog's behavior.
